I made an appointment with this doctor back in May. I missed school today to make this appointment and also drove from the west side of Detroit. No one from her office ever informed me that they moved offices within the 5 month gap between me making my appointment and today. I went to the hospital where Google lists her and that is when I found out. By the time I arrived at the new location I was 20 minutes late to my appointment. I was told I couldn't be seen. Even considering her staff never informed me they moved and that was why I was late. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule for an appointment on the 27th. So now you want me to take another day out of school and make that drive again? I will not. I feel like I should have been seen today regardless. It was not my fault I was not informed of the location change and it is very unprofessional!
